I have known DF Bryan Ltd for over 40 years and have used them on both professional and personal aspects of work, from simply redecorating the internal areas and external elevations of buildings such as student accomodations, schools, public houses and large retail outlets etc. I have also worked with them on more extensive projects dealing with complex structural repairs and refurbishment to listed buildings, extensions of dwellings as well as insurance-backed works based on fire / water damage, vandalism & dilapidation of the fabric of buildings all to a very high standard. Df Bryan currently are sole providers of reactive works to Beckley Point covering all internal plastering, dry lining, carpentry, and fire risk assessment corrections. They also provide roofing repairs and external decoration to the building. Beckley Point is a 90 metre tall building covering 21 floors and housing 505 residents. There are also a number of communal areas within the building and 2 commercial units.
